Steel Buildings
Prefabricated metal buildings are appropriate for many business types. There are specific advantages you get with a metal building as compared to other materials. Steel Buildings used to be limited to storage facilities and aircraft hangers - steel structures are currently successfully used for retail stores, office buildings, residential homes, sports facilities, garages, churches, and schools.
Because all components are metal, the cost of prefabricated buildings is lower than that of wood or concrete buildings. Prefabricated metal buildings are easier to assemble and offer the benefits of easy expansion as well as durability with minimal maintenance.
Prefabricated metal buildings are available in an array of sizes and colors. Steel structures offer long lasting durability and security. The strength of the steel allows metal buildings to withstand unfavorable weather conditions such as hurricanes, high winds, heavy snow and earthquakes. They are also resistant to termites, creeping, cracks, splitting and rotting, increasing their durability.
The majority of prefabricated metal buildings are made from galvanized steel and Galvalume, (a type of steel that has been coated with aluminium-zinc). Aluminium-zinc coatings protect metals against corrosion, and rust.

Fabric Structures
The pre-engineered fabric building system is commonly referred to as tension fabric buildings.
Fabric buildings are engineered fabric structures developed according to the prevailing construction/engineering standards. They are prefabricated, customizable, and modular in design that can meet a wide range of military and civilian applications. These systems typically require simple foundation preparation and allow for quick erections.
Fabric structures are adaptable to a multitude of purposes ranging from housing, logistics support warehousing requirements, to quality-of-life uses.
